Our Website – Data collected through our website checkout/purchase/ordering process is used to complete the transaction. This involves sending the transaction data to a 3rd party transaction processor and any regulated fraud protection agents. This data is collected and sent securely via TLS. In order for us to use the transaction processors service, we must also pass PCI DSS compliance checks every quarter (3 months). This data is then stored securely in our database and encrypted at rest for the life of the billing account. This data will be purged after 24 months of account invoice or transaction inactivity.
This data includes First Name, Last Name, Address, Email Address, Phone Number, Credit/Debit Card details, Invoice, and Product Details.
Domain Names – Data collected through our domain name registration service for purchase / renew is used to complete the transaction. This involves sending the transaction data to a 3rd party transaction processor (PayPal) and any regulated fraud protection agents. In order for us to use the transaction processors service we must also pass PCI DSS compliance checks every quarter (3 months). This data is then sent to the domain registrar (Enom) to complete the domain purchase / renew action. This data is collected and sent securely via TLS. This data is then stored securely in our database and encrypted at rest for the life of the domain name. This data will be purged after 24 months of account invoice or transaction inactivity.
This data includes First Name, Last Name, Address, Email Address, Phone Number, Credit/Debit Card details, Invoice, and Product Details.
Web Hosting – Data collected through our web hosting products is used to link the hosting package on the webserver to your billing account. This data is collected and sent securely via TLS. This data is then stored securely in our database and encrypted at rest for the life of the hosting package.
This data includes Email Addresses, Domain Names, and Product Details.
Backups – Data collected through our free SnapShot backups and our paid-for Continuous Data Protection is used to link the backup disk safe on the backup server with the customer’s hosting package on the customer’s server. This data is collected and sent securely via TLS. This data is then stored securely in our database and encrypted at rest for the life of the hosting package. AES-256 Disk Safe Encryption aids in the protection of data stored in the backup server, and in the protection of the data over the network. This data will be continually rotated out after 14 days and purged after 14 days of account termination or cancellation.
This data includes Web Hosting User Name, ALL Customer Files.
